Having trouble waking up from sleep on ThinkPad T14s gen 3 on Kinoite

ThinkPad T14s gen 3 doesnt seem to turn on normally after sleep

Wont turn on normally after long sleep, just hangs like this until hard reboot, everything seems to be updated to the last version
