Graphictablet pen not working - Kernel 5.18.xx bug

With Kernel 5.18.x a graphic tablets pen works only once.

You can move the mouse-pointer as long the pen is not removed. Removing and bringing back the pen will stop any input from the graphic tablet.
Dis- and reconnecting the USB-Port, will reinitialize the functionality until you remove the pen again

A comparable problem was found with GNOME. See

With Kernel 5.17.xx everything works fine.

This sounds like a regression bug in either the driver or the kernel. I would suggest you file a bug on bugzilla.redhat.com related to the tablet.
