When I reinstalled Fedora 34, I installed evolution. I had restored my home directory but to my surprise I found I had to resetup evolution. I thought that was odd and didn’t want to lose my settings. I eventually found it had installed a flatpak instead of using the rpm. Inkscape wanted to do the same thing but I noticed the option to alter that.
Can I change the default to prefer rpm? In my searching I found someone say it uses the most recent version. So if the flatpak is using a newer version of the project it will default to it. I prefer to avoid flatpak. I’d rather have a slightly older rpm version.
