This is the system I found.
Using Linux Fedora KDE Plasma 42,
Go to “System Settings,” then “Keyboard,” then “Key Bindings,” then “Compatibility Options,” and finally check “Map Scroll Lock to Mod3.”
From now on, you can use the Scroll Lock button again to turn the backlight on and off as usual.
