well these are installed from default as firefox is on image/base and codecs are on flatpak the firefox still gets stuck on installing/enable the codecs
firefox is by default installed with rpm package ‘dnf info firefox’ .Try
sudo dnf install gstreamer1-plugin-openh264 mozilla-openh264 but those packages should be install by default to fedora we will see
atomic F42 Kinoite on this side on mutable all works so issue is more on atomic side.. my bad Forgot to set it to atomic related
is this related not be able to play my uni content, news sites videos and many online course videos since for now i need to have alternative browser for my studies to get online lessons work

You can use the Firefox Flatpak from Flathub which has all the codecs you might need.
