I would like to know if there is a template for personal Fedora wiki page (with contributions, badges, references and so on) and steps to take.
Because my personal page is not esthetic.

There’s a ‘infobox’ template… See:

That lets you set a template with a bunch of info you can fill in…
There’s also a:
{{ #fedorabadges: yourusername }}
macro that will show all the fedora badges you have (
