You need to tell us details of what you have installed and what you are doing when you see the error. We also need the exact error message you see.
Please install inxi sudo dnf install inxi then post the output of inxi -Fzxx as preformatted text using the </> (not as a screen shot).

There is a bug in systemsettings. Many applets and pages are written in QML and some have errors as has the device page or something, where the bluetooth page is a sub-page of
