The hardware acceleration for the Intel integrated graphics was working fine by default in Fedora 40, but after upgrading to Fedora 41, hardware acceleration is not working. When I open a YouTube video and run the intel_gpu_top command, I see the value is around 10%, while my CPU is at 100% usage. What should I do to enable hardware acceleration?
I installed these libraries, but the problem is still there.
