Fedora 41 Beta Upgrade - SELinux Permission Problem Breaks Flatpak

I have previously mentioned this in another thread but didn’t seem to get noticed. After the Fedora 41 Beta update a problem with SELinux permissions emerged. Some of them were fixed by relabeling but flatpak issue persists even after multiple relabeling. The errors are:

Warning: Failed to get revokefs-fuse socket from system-helper: Remote peer disconnected
Warning: Failed to get revokefs-fuse socket from system-helper: Could not activate remote peer 'org.freedesktop.Flatpak.SystemHelper': startup job failed
Error: Could not activate remote peer 'org.freedesktop.Flatpak.SystemHelper': startup job failed

when trying to install/update flatpak packages. Sometimes, usually when there’s many packages, it turns into an error and fails. Any ideas why this may be happening?

Added flatpak, selinux
