Hello, Im getting this error in KVM/libvirt/qemu stack but when I try in VirtualBox he make the update perfectly without errors, I delete and reinstall, try other things but the problem remains.
It does all the updates successfully, but in this security patch it always gives me an error.
Im using the default virt-manager setup in my VM, the only thing that I add was the TPM.
I already try with virtio setup but the same problem.

Is Secure Boot enabled for the KVM guest and not enabled for Virtual Box?
Also, does the Virtual Box guest have more free disk space than the KVM guest.

Following your advice I started trying another configuration in the firmware, I actually was using the same of bellow but the one that have secure boot, so after several test I realize that with:
Firmware: UEFI x86_64: /usr/share/edk2/ovmf/OVMF_CODE.fd he finally finish the update smoothly.
