Since a few days the “zoom bar”, I don’t know the name of it, has just disappeared and I don’t know why:

It has indeed gone by default (this is the change identified in the KDE Gear 25.04 changelog).
You can get it back from the settings dialog:
Or you can also still zoom by holding Ctrl and using the mouse scroll wheel.
