Detected hardware unit hang e1000e on Dell OptiPlex

I’m running Fedora Server 42 on a Dell OptiPlex 5090 and get these “detected hardware unit hang” errors. When that happens I lose IP connectivity to the server.

This release works fine on another OptiPlex 5050. I then bought another one (7070) and the same error appeared there. Thinking it was a hardware issue I replaced the 7070 with the 5090 only the get the same error. So it should be fairly safe to assume it’s not hardware related.

I’m on the latest BIOS (1.33).
