Okay, it seems pretty clear I made a mistake here. Sorry eveyone! I have now retroactively changed the default for everyone, so it is set to Tracking.

In my setting page, it is
Preferences → Tracking → Categories → Watched/Tracked → remove Package Review Swaps

Yeah — the specific words depend on the site localization.
See this earlier post. If you replace u/<account name> with my, you get a magic link which goes directly to the right page for any logged-in user.

Just a thought… personally, I don’t have email notifications turned on, but…
I’m a big user/fan of RSS, and I find it very convenient to use the Fedora Discussion Latest RSS feed to keep me informed. Those of you who use RSS can access it via the: Fedora Discussion Latest RSS Feed.
That way, you keep your email uncluttered and are always notified of the latest topics.
