Okay, it seems pretty clear I made a mistake here. Sorry eveyone! I have now retroactively changed the default for everyone, so it is set to Tracking.
In my setting page, it is
Preferences → Tracking → Categories → Watched/Tracked → remove Package Review Swaps

I’m a big user/fan of RSS, and I find it very convenient to use the Fedora Discussion Latest RSS feed to keep me informed. Those of you who use RSS can access it via the: Fedora Discussion Latest RSS Feed.
That way, you keep your email uncluttered and are always notified of the latest topics.
