Cinnamon Spin ISO for ARM

Hello.

Could you please tell, why there is no ISO release for Cinnamon Spin? I was able to find just raw .xz image, which I have no idea how to convert to ISO(googled for it) to plug it to the Parallels.

Installing Cinnamon DE to Fedora Workstation manually is the only option?

There is an iso release for cinnamon, though it seems to only be for x86_64
The arm release of cinnamon is only the raw image which would be written to the device with the arm image installer

However there is also the everything (net install) iso that could easily be configured with the cinnamon DE and whatever other apps you choose.

Many use the SD card on the RPi or similar which is easiest with the raw image so the iso is probably not priority.
