After booting up, then opening Chrome it takes about 5 full minutes before Chrome fully loads. With Fedora, on startup, I have a handful of tabs that open, and each tab “indicator” stays grayed out for about 5 minutes, then finally they switch to the normal color indication for the tabs. When using my Chromebook, or a Microsoft (shudder) computer, Chrome loads fast. Is there a way to load Chrome faster in Fedora? Here is what I mean by normal color indication for the tabs (which takes 5 minute to achieve in Fedora):
chrome settings → performance → memory saver enable
this should make it faster since you use so many open tabs so it will automatically sleep inactive tabs
