So after selecting the Fedora 37 -x86_64 - Test Updates option in Software Repositories and it started checking for updates on kernel 6.0.15… after the reboot it never started installing the updates. Just stuck at the initial splash screen “Surface…fedora”
So after around 10 minutes I decided to hard shutdown and restart.
It then proceeded to start installing the updates, reboot and finish back to the desktop.
Since this update in Software app I am unable to access the menu again, it forces my laptop to go back to the lock screen.
Update:
After re-entering password and trying the menu in Software it is now opening the menu. Not sure if it is doing things in the background to finish off things or are all the updates down outside of the desktop?
