Hi everyone,
recently on Fedora weekly meeting we noticed that the chairing and oncall is usually taken by the same people over and over again.
I would like to propose a change to this. To assign the next chair and oncall to people mentioned as chairs of the meeting. Here is the current list of chairs: @kevin @zlopez @nb @bodanel @dtometzki @jnsamyak @lenkaseg @patrikp
So here is the priority for choosing next person when trying to assign next chair or oncall:
- If somebody is volunteering outside the chair list (if somebody new wants to try it, that is always welcomed)
- Take next person in chairs list
- If the person is unavailable, choose the next one (repeat)
It’s on us if we want to have oncall and chair to be same person or maybe pick from different positions in chairing list (I assume that volunteers will definitely mess this up 
)
What others think about that?
I’d suggest that we first contact those people and make sure they still want to be listed (or add any others?)
