I am trying to install CentOS stream 9 on server remotely using HP iLO and virtual media mount, process is slow but it is working until installation is started and “downloading packages” after that it is stucked, i did not setup any network during setup screen. USB instalation works i tested which means that iso is ok,

Which DVD were you trying to use to do this with?
If you select “closest mirror” as the installation source, you need to have Internet access to download packages. You need to change the installation source to ISO file to install packages from there.
CentOS-Stream-9-latest-01042024-x86_64-dvd1, if i try this iso on bootable usb it works
Yes i select iso as installation source
