Using dnf you are able to install what you want apart such codecs with “mirror exausted” message?
And also using i.e. Firefox; what message do you get contacting such link?
after doing sudo dnf update i get this mirrors exhausted message. after trying to install other packages, some require this openh264 package to be installed like spotify. Im stuck there too. and after trying to download manually from that link. the request is hung till timeout. (I’m cooked)
