Blender requires a newer OpenGL version than is supported right now, see here.

However, that crash/error is really, really bad. You should file a bug in the Fedora bug tracker to improve it. It should clearly tell the user that their GPU does not meet the minimum requirements.

Done

Ah figured out how to submit Fedora bug

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2237821

I’ve opened a bug report for the automatic bug reporting tool (ABRT) not being able to upload the crash report: 2238248 – ABRT can't submit crash report: processing failed.
