Just as a reminder, there will be no docs team meeting today.

I’ll come up with a working plan proposal for docs team soon and open an online discussion. Based on that discussion, we will schedule the next meeting in January 2024.

I’ll watch the IRC channel nevertheless, just in case someone shows up with something to discuss, with questions or anything else.

We need to look at different ways to maintain teamwork and track progress, and get things done without regular meeting at all. No chat based meetings altogether.

  • Monthly office hour - video call
  • No chat meetings: repo, Epics workflow for project management
  • Project across working groups: release notes, UX improvement

I agree, we have to change our procedures. And we should strengthen the docs board institution or drop it at all. The current state is insufficient.
