The mirror I see in the UK does not have the image for KDE plasma yet.

If oo7 is replacing kwallet backend, what’s the GUI frontend going to be? Is the frontend still going to be KWalletManager?

No, master mirrors are fine. That particular mirror just hasn’t updated
yet.
There are often some mirrors that are behind on release days… things
should settle out shortly and if you are using the website, just try the
link again, download.fedoraproject.org is a redirector, and it should
send you to another (hopefully updated) mirror.

I’m always seeing the same mirror, tested from two hosts.
Thats strange… I’ll dig around and see if I can see anything amiss or
if it’s just mirror lag and somehow it’s affecting you more than others.

As expected a slow DL speed but that’s normal this early.
Brazil also not has synced yet. I believe this will happen at night when the big amount of downloads has been done.
Fastest seams to be torrent, less that 5Min for 2.8GB

There’s no link to upgrade instructions for Silverblue on rpm-ostree, even though there is for dnf, and the nomal intsructions (rebase fedora:fedora/45/x86_64/silverblue --uninstall rpmfusion-free-release --uninstall rpmfusion-nonfree-release --install rpmfusion-free-release --install rpmfusion-nonfree-release) do not work with RPM Fusion packages installed even though the Fedora 45 rpmfusion-free and nonfree repo packages have been available):
$ rpm-ostree rebase fedora:fedora/45/x86_64/silverblue --uninstall rpmfusion-free-release --uninstall rpmfusion-nonfree-release --install rpmfusion-free-release --install rpmfusion-nonfree-release

It’s so painful to need to remove rpmfusion repos (rpm-ostree uninstall rpmfusion-free-release rpmfusion-nonfree-release), reboot, manually reset overrides, remove all rpmfusion packages and reinstall the repos, reboot again, then reinstall rpmfusion packages and redo overrides
$ rpm-ostree override reset libavdevice-free libavfilter-free libavformat-free ffmpeg-free libswresample-free libavutil-free libswscale-free libavcodec-free --uninstall ffmpeg

To make things even worse, updates can still mysteriously break after all of that, with an error like

Because those repo files were created by an older version of the RPM Fusion release packages, but the fedora 45 packages moved repo definitions to /usr/share/dnf5/repos.d/ and keys to /usr/share/pki/rpm-gpg/. There needs to be a more graceful way to upgrade with a critical/common repo needed for most users.
