When reporting a problem you need to provide enough detail to allow others to reproduce the issue, preferably using searchable text to increase the likelihood that others with similar hardware and issues will find your topic.
- does the issue occur with multiple media files with differing formats?
- post the output from running
inxi -Fzxxin a terminal (as pre-formatted text using the</>button from the top line of the text entry panel). - if possible, provide a link to the problem file. If not there are some media file zoos that offer a variety of formats you can use to duplicate the issue.
