Workspaces on Cosmic Desktop

I have a dual boot Windows 11 and Fedora Cosmic Spin. On Windows 11 I use Power Toys utility to create multple sections (called Zones) and a Workspace. The end result is I can make Windows open certain apps into a particular monitor and within the monitor on a particular section. Trying to do the same in Linux so far hasn´t been possible, tested many distros with many different Desktop environments. I see Cosmic has Workspaces but no sure yet how to use them for my needs.

KDE Plasma has a window rules setting that can be applied to individual app. It looks like this:

Thanks. I’m using latest Fedora Cosmic Spin, uses Cosmic Desktop so these settings aren´t available.
