WiFi not working

I have long faced such a problem on any (at least on Fedora and Ubuntu) Linux distribution. When my router is running on channels 12-14, the OS doesn’t see it. I already tried to change the region through iw reg set and by the cfg80211.conf config, nothing help. In my country this channels are allowed

Welcome to Fedora @xtonior

I guess this not depends on your country, more on the network driver you use by default.
That you can use your wifi you have to change the chanel to a fix one below 12 on the Router. Afterwards if you have connection you can install a more appropriate driver. Or switch to a country on your router who excludes this higer chanels. So if the kernel changes you not have problems again.
