Why isn't there a recent kernel update for Fedora 37?

I used to have kernel update quite often, at least once a week. However, I haven’t seen kernel update for quite some weeks. Current kernel on my machine is Linux fedora 6.1.7-200.fc37.x86_64. I am wondering if something is wrong with my system that prevent me from updating kernel. However, I do get updates of other packages.

Try dnf update refresh

Thanks!, but I got:
No match for argument: refresh
Error: No packages marked for upgrade.

There is a newer kernel, but it is still in testing, likely due to major version upgrade:

You can help with testing as explained here:

Latest F37 kernel I have running is 6.1.18.
Are you sure you have not set something to ignore kernel updates.
Check /etc/dnf/dnf.conf to see if there is something there to ignore/exclude it.

And that should have been sudo dnf upgrade --refresh

That’s in my dnf.conf:

Check the output:

dnf repolist; dnf -q --refresh list kernel\*

The kernel packages are not installed for some reason:

sudo dnf install kernel kernel-core

Thanks! You nailed it.
