There is no difference. The latter has been redirected to the former.
Why do your screenshots show 41? The website should show 42 now and the KDE Desktop entry under spins has been removed. Maybe you need to refresh your browser window?
And not only that, but now the “bug” is not there anymore. I think it could be a lag in the sync. Some time ago I asked about this and I was told that it would be fixed in prod soon, and it was fixed like 1 hour later.

Yes i did not see the issue anymore and why it shows 41 i dont know but when you will download it will not show 41 it was 42.
And issue seems resolved. Kde option removed from spin.
