Thank you for this answer, It is helpful! However, I have noticed that when recording the contribution on Outreachy, it requires recording the time when the contribution was accepted or merged. If I submit the Figma design, how can I go about recording the time?
Also Is it okay if I add the reasons for the recommendation in the description part? Or I should create a separate document for that?
I would use the time you submitted it, if that field is required.
Either one works. If it’s relatively short (half a page or so), the description is probably fine. If you have a very long list of reasons, it’s probably easier to submit a separate document.

That’s surprising. You could put a link in a pull request, which will have an easier-to-type URL, or perhaps use a URL shortener service.

This part of the contribution is still editable on outreachy hence my questions.
From what you wrote, I still need more clarity if you can give more details eg… front page design and navigation bar research, are they the one and same projects or different projects?
Also, can you give more details on the timeline as expected by fedora? eg month 1 XYZ is expected. Apologizes for the stress.
Also, I will appreciate your feedback on my comment on the pagure page.
