Webcam invertida

Estoy instalando Fedora 33 pero al hacer uso de la webcam la imagen aparece invertida. Estoy instalando en una laptop Asus i3m tendran alguna idea de como solucionar esto?

Tengo el mismo problema en un equipo Acer. ¿Nadie ha dado con la solución?

Puedes tipear esto en la terminal y compartirlo, ya que debemos saber que tipo de camara y como esta conectada y el ID del dispositivo:

lsusb
lspci

Perdona por copiar todos los resultados del lspci, desconozco cuál es la línea que se requiere de forma específica.

Vamos a Probar con esto, invertir lo invertido:

  1. v4l2loopback: un módulo del kernel para crear dispositivos de loopback V4L2
dnf copr enable sentry/v4l2loopback 
sudo dnf install v4l2loopback
modprobe v4l2loopback exclusive_caps=1

Note: Necesitaras Reiniciar para que los cambios tengan efecto.

  1. Chequear si el dispositivo esta disponible:
v4l2-ctl --list-devices

Dummy video device (0x0000) (platform:v4l2loopback-000):
  /dev/video1

USB2.0 UVC 2M WebCam: USB2.0 UV (usb-0000:00:1a.0-1.2):
  /dev/video0
  1. Copie la transmisión de video de la cámara web a través de ffmpeg:
ffmpeg -f v4l2 -i /dev/video0 -vf "vflip" -f v4l2 /dev/video1
  1. Abra la aplicación de video que prefiera (skype, hangouts, zoom, …) y seleccione ‘Dispositivo de video ficticio’
