Oh yes! I think this will be super useful. Of course there is a chance that it could be abused by people, by custom flagging all request, but honestly the current reasons to flag are very insufficient.

Oh it’s different. We, as moderators, have to define the categories. Oh, it’s ok, and we could manage it by request and voting each flag that could be added. I still like it.
