I have this issue, sometimes when I suspend my system and later I want to wake it up (usually with peripherals) it gets stuck. No display. No reaction. Light on computer is on, fans are on, but it seems frozen. Only hard reset helps. I tried to blindly use keyboard to make it sleep again but no action happen.
This happens quite infrequently. To be honest I have this issue since early 2023 or so. I finally decided to troubleshoot it (because I lost wip), but I don’t know how. I checked logs and there are entries pre-suspend until the suspend (nothing sus) and then after hard reset from the new boot. Nothing in between. Or at least nothing in the logs I am checking - I am using Logs app from Gnome to see the logs.
Any ideas what it could be or how I could troubleshoot? The second part more important. How does one troubleshoot such issue?
