today I did a simple sudo dnf up but was greeted with

$ sudo dnf up

Nothing to do.

did I break something?

How do you manage to have so many bizarre problems?

In the course of a week you have more issues than I’ve had in 3 years. What in the name of ${deity} are you doing to that poor machine?

sudo dnf check might show more info. Probably duplicate entries after an incomplete upgrade.
