Unable to invoke Steam RPM GUI on Fedora 40 Beta

Steam sometimes starts with tray icon only.

Sometimes when starting Steam it just starts with the tray icon where i can shut… it and restarting it sometimes brings everything back. What i figured out is, when that happens, you can click on the tray icon and select big picture mode (which mostly would work, but there are times even that would not do anything) and then exit out of big picture mode and it should take you to the normal window.
