Trying to run OBS on the Nvidia dGPU

Hello!

I have been running Fedora 40 for about a month now on the Laptop and it has been good. Though currently, I am struggling to get OBS to run on my Nvidia dGPU so that I can use the nvenc codecs, and generally try to capture games running on that GPU. However, as I attempted to record, I notice on its logs that it always loads the Intel Mesa Graphics instead, and thus failing and forcing OBS to use a fallback codec. I use Envycontrol to switch the graphics mode of my device and on both Hybrid and Nvidia settings, it’s always the same. Would anyone here know how I can run OBS on the Nvidia GPU then?

Here’s more info on my setup:
Fedora 40 KDE Plasma 6.1.4
Wayland, Nvidia 560.35.03
OBS Studio 30.2.2 (installed on terminal, as directed by the unofficial builds guide for OBS, but the problem also occurs on Flatpaks)

Any help is appreciated, thanks!
