Not sure what to do here, I know I have to get rid of some of the packages from browsing other threads but I’m not too sure which ones are causing these, any help here?

You have an architecture miss-match. Remove packages with Architecture : i686 and try again.

As noted by ilikelinux, the architecture mismatch is the problem.
I would add that all those errors are related to mpg123-devel-1.31.1-1.fc36.i686 so removing that one package should fix it.
