[Theme] Midnight Icon theme

Hello,

I’m working on a new icon theme called “Midnight”. It’s a dark mode icon theme. It will work for Gnome (ofcause :wink: ), XFCE and Budgie DE. Made with Inkscape in Fedora.

As a start it comes in four different colors.
