The system goes to sleep when turned on and off

When I start the system, the following happens:

  1. Fedora logo and system boot
  2. The system goes to sleep
  3. Select a user and enter a password
  4. The system goes to sleep
  5. Select a user and enter a password
  6. Desktop

After that, the system does not go to sleep on its own. Moreover, if you intentionally put the system to sleep, it comes out of it without problems. If I turn off the system, then instead of turning off the laptop goes to sleep, if I exit it, the entire screen will be some kind of console, the cursor will blink on the top left, and all commands will be unavailable. If I press del, I will be back on the desktop. But if you turn off the system viasystemctl poweroff then everything will be fine.

I will add that this is an unknown laptop, I know almost nothing about it (it doesn’t even have a name), many components are marked as N\A
