I just downloaded driver from Nvidia Unix. The version of it is 550.90.07, and I have a question. After this my temperature on GPU and CPU are about 40-45 Celcius in desktop. In games it’s good working but is this normal for this or I should do something about it?

Those temperatures are on the low end of normal. That GPU is perfectly capable of functioning even with temps in the 70C to 90C range with no issues. Note that the software is not set to shutdown the GPU until 97C.
When you consider normal room temp with air conditioning is usually kept about 75F or 28C and your GPU is only showing 43C or just 15 degrees above room temp there does not seem a problem.
My GPU on my desktop runs at about 45 - 50C with a room temp of 75F.
BTW: 43C is only about 110F or barely above lukewarm.
