System freezes and unexplained system boots

I have experienced system freezes randomly for many years now. I was quite convinced it was my old systems hardware so I built a new modern system about 18 months ago. The freezes continue! These are random as far as I can tell, from simply stopping to respond while I’m working on the system to not being able to wake the system up from sleep. Sometimes the mouse will continue to move but have no affect on anything. When in this condition I can’t use CTRL-ALT-F<3-9> to launch a terminal login nor can I ssh into the system from any other system. Sometimes it locks up the entire local network both wired and wifi. Most often there is nothing being place into system logs. Example of most recent log follows:

Occurrence of freeze in bold. I realize this is a hard problem but it appears I’m not the only one affected. My motherboard is up to date with BIOS and my hardware is as follows:

My kernel is 5.19.14-100.fc35.x86_64, running gnome on xorg. I have tried switching to wayland but still have same type problems.

Any help would be appreciated! If more info would be helpful please let me know.
