Switching user: authentication required

Hello,
I like to use multiple accounts for myself on my laptop. For example, I have one for consuming, two for work, one for everyday stuff and one “sudo” account. When I switch between these accounts I often get asked to insert my password (see attached picture).
I already read about this in another thread (Fedora sometimes asks for password after switching between accounts "to update meta data" Why?), but I don’t understand their way of solving this problem and if it is safe to do so.

That’s why I would like to ask you what can I do against it? Its quite annoying and it would be nice if it didn’t pop up so frequently.

Thanks to everyone in advance for their help!
Kind regards  !

Sorry for the picture being in German. It says something like:

“Signing in required

Legitimization is necessary, to update metadata”

The instructions from the link polkit - ArchWiki mean that any user in the ‘wheel’ group don’t need to put their password in when doing actions.

It is basically safe, as the wheel user would have had to log in at some point. If you let little kids or strangers use your session, I wouldn’t advise it, but its just you can make that call.
