Suddenly Fedora won't wake up after suspend

HI,

I use Fedora for a long time, but I’m not a real Linux expert. But are somewhat technical and can solve issues along with Google or AI.

But this week suddenly my Fedora 42 didn’t wake up from sleep. I have not changed hardware etc. I can’t figure it out. I use XFCE. I’v tried other desktop environments but also there the PC won’t wake up.

Any idea how to solve this or where to look for errors that will lead to a solution. It bothers me a lot.

I also after it upgraded to Fedora 43, but that also did not solve the issue. For the rest my PC is working perfectly.

Hi @marcedwin , welcome to the forum.

We should start by looking at the system logs for the boot where you suspended but were unable to resume:
