I’d like to know if there’s a key or key combination to see the characters when typing the storage encryption password at startup ?
I do not think there is such mechanism.
There are known usability issues withe the keyboard layout used may not be the same as you used to type the passphrase originally.
This typically only matters if the passphrase contain not ascii characters.

In fact my issue is under Silverblue. I’m testing it in a virtual environment and I wish to set a password to encrypt local storage. I’m using an AZERTY keyboard, and local encryption with AZERTY keyboard works perfectly under Fedora Workstation. I’ve tested several password combinations and it seems that keyboard layout during that sequence is only QWERTY.
Is there a known workaround ?
