Sound setting falls back automatically

I did set the Output Device to Speaker - Alder Lake…

Some when the sound device is set back to HDMI/DisplayPort 1 Output…
automatically.
Sure I can set it back to Speaker - Alder Lake…
but I’d like to fix it the way the Speaker - Alder Lake… will be set permanently.
Any idea

It seems that the latest update to 6.12.6 fixed the problem.
At least the settings don’t change any more.
