Silverblue - Nvidia - Secure Boot CA missing

Had been using fedora 43 for a few months , just switched to sliverblue.
Was trying to install fedora silverblue nvidia drivers.
somehow the installation fails again and again.
then noticed that the certificates those should be included are missing.

What is the solution ?
