Hey team,

I recently wrote a blog titled Working with Pagure . It’s a beginner-friendly guide that walks through setting up SSH, adding upstream, and staying updated with your fork - especially useful for contributors using Pagure.

I’d like to republish this as a Fedora Magazine article to reach more folks. I’ll adjust formatting and include relevant links and images.

+1 for the concept, but I’d suggest reworking it slightly to make it a more generic howto for using the CLI git command to interact with remote Git forges (GitHub, GitLab, etc.) and not make it specific to Pagure. Pagure is being phased out (very slowly).

Sure, the concept remains the same, with git - I would prolly have the same snipets and refer pagure? But yes, I will make it generic.

Or make it generic, but also specific to Forgejo, the platform Fedora will be migrating to.
