Hello everyone i recently found a linux distro which made by syrian electronic army in 2013 and has not gotten updated since 2015 . I am currently learning syrian arabic and I am getting interested in Syria . It was very difficult to find ISO but somehow I found it.But source code still missing. When I tried to read more about it only very limited information available . an article said that this is mix up of Kali Linux and tails os. i wanna revive this OS again. Whether it take million year doesn’t matter. I will do. Could You guide me how can I start which programming language I should learn? I only have ISO. I won’t never forgotten your gratitude.

One cannot rebuild an operating system without its source code. You can try to recreate it if you know what software it includes, but it is not an easy endeavour. There are many ways of doing building a distro. It’s quite a multi-step process and not one that we can really outline to you here in one go without knowing more details. Folks here can answer specific questions and help you solve specific issues.
Perhaps you should start by learning how Fedora is built, and that will give you some idea of the work and skills required?
