Screen Tearing only sometimes on X11 Nvidia

Hello, I have a strange issue with nvidia drivers 560 on any X11 Session that I tried so far. While gaming, i sometimes get screen tearing. Not from the beginning and also not for long, but for a couple of seconds. I have already tried enabling Force Composition Pipeline, which did not help with this issue. Same with disabling compositor. I also tried using an alternative compositor like picom. Also, probably related to that, in similiar intervals I get strange framedrops. The FPS counter stays locked at 60fps, but it feels very choppy. I did read online that big resolutions can lead to that (my singular screen is 4k 60hz with freesync, the latter does not make any differences), but everything works fine and buttery smooth on wayland. I do have some usecases though that require me to use x11. Thanks in advance for any help
