What does file nordvpn-latest.x86_64.rpm say?
Maybe the download was corrupted? I can make it give that error by trying to install an empty file.

I guess it was corrpyed file downloaded ‘nordvpn-release’ file that was good tho 3.19.0+ is still no go on ostree need to stay on 3.18.5 version

yes they have, but there is now GPG issue cant get GPG keys and then there is the ostree-tar invalid bits thing so i need to still use the older version
I hope this is reported to them.
MullvadVPN stays better…
All reported and gpg check issue seems to be related to dnf5 whatbi read on one post. Ostree-tar issue i have repirted multiple times abd hope it will be fixed someday
