Repos still on 37 after upgrade to F38

I upgraded to Fedora 38 from 37 with Gnome Software. After upgrading I noticed that when I try to run dnf upgrade, it is still pulling the packages from the Fedora 37 repos.

Output from dnf repolist:

According to settings I am on Fedora 38, but still using a kernel from Fedora 37:

Does uname -a show F38?

If yes you have to do the reposinc.

uname -a shows Linux fedora 6.2.10-200.fc37.x86_64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Thu Apr 6 23:30:41 UTC 2023 x86_64 GNU/Linux so it does not appear to be F38

This returns:

Error:
Problem: The operation would result in removing the following protected packages: NetworkManager, dnf, grub2-tools-minimal, systemd, systemd-udev
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

I’d think I don’t want to remove those

This fixed it! Thank you so much. I also had to reinstall the f38 kernel.
