Hey guys! Whenever F38 Budgie starts, it always shows below error notification 2 times at once, through those balloons in the upper right corner of the screen.
Is that coming from kdump? Are there files in /var/crash? If so, perhaps removing them would help.
Whether it came from kdump I don’t know, I just know that it’s the Problem Reporting application that always generates the notification. In /var/crash there are no files.
Sorry, I don’t know either. Assuming you are not a kernel developer, there probably isn’t much you can do about it other than reporting the problem and trying a different kernel.
You might want to add the #kernel tag to your post to try to get the attention of some kernel developers.
